You get same-day pickup in Patong, or 1 day to other Phuket districts, with end-to-end tracking. The tracking link is sent the moment the parcel ships.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes. The shop is in Patong, open daily from 12:00 to 18:00, and we also deliver across the island.

Are all your products authentic?

Yes, 100%. Every item is logged under a signed Purchase Agreement (KC-YYYY-NNNN reference) that customers can verify at /verify.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards via Stripe, PromptPay QR, bank transfer, and cash in store.

How do I get to the shop from Patong beach?

It is a short way inland from the beach road, roughly 5 to 10 minutes by scooter or taxi, and walkable from most of central Patong. Give a taxi or Grab driver the Thai road code rather than the English street name.

Are the Pokemon cards sold at Phuket markets real?

Many are not. Loose singles sold at markets and beach stalls, especially cards presented as rare or vintage, are frequently counterfeit. Buy where you can inspect the card before paying and where the seller can name the set, card number and print language.

Can I inspect cards before buying, and do you buy cards?

Both. In store you can check centring, edges and surface before paying, which is the whole point of buying singles in person. We also buy selected singles and sealed product, so bring them in and we will assess condition with you.
