How it plays
The game runs on missions. A new one appears on the field each round, and you deploy ninja and spend Chakra to claim it before your opponent does. Characters can be placed face down and revealed later, so holding something back usually beats emptying your hand to win a single round. Standard, Draft and Sealed are all supported.
Why a starter pack and not a booster
Starter packs carry the Shinobi rarity, exclusive to starter packs and team sets. It can never be pulled from a booster, whatever you open. The set has a second starter pack, Kakashi vs Zabuza.
