Delta Reign Guide for Thailand, and the Card English Cut

Mega Evolution Delta Reign is the sixth Mega Evolution expansion and releases in English on November 6, 2026. Mega Rayquaza ex headlines it. The main set runs to 103 numbered cards, with secret rares continuing through #141.

It is the first set since Mega Evolution itself to be built from two Japanese sources rather than one. It takes the bulk of its cards from Storm Emeralda, which released in Japan on July 31, 2026, and adds the thirty unique cards from the MEGA Starter Decks featuring Eevee ex, Zoroark ex and Meowscarada ex.

That detail is not trivia. It is the reason the English and Japanese versions do not line up card for card, which matters if you are buying for a specific card rather than for the opening.

English dropped the full art Mega Rayquaza ex. The flagship Pokemon of the set does not appear in its best version anywhere in the English print run, at any rarity. The regular Eevee ex was cut as well, and the Kyogre Illustration Rare was moved out of the set to become the Elite Trainer Box promo.

If you want the full art Mega Rayquaza ex, the English boxes will not produce it no matter how many you open. It exists in the Japanese print, in Storm Emeralda.

This is the single most useful thing to know before you spend. A 7,990 THB English booster box chasing a card that is not in it is the most expensive mistake available on this set.

Delta Reign carries four Mega Evolution Pokemon ex, each giving up three Prize cards when knocked out.

• Mega Rayquaza ex, Colorless, 280 HP. Its Storm Emeralda attack does 50 damage for each Fire and Lightning Energy attached across your whole board.
• Mega Golurk ex, Psychic, 350 HP, the highest in the set. Goliath Punch hits for 300, but the Pokemon cannot attack unless you hold ten or more cards.
• Mega Golisopod ex, Grass, 340 HP. Finishing Blow reaches 220 against a damaged target.
• Mega Malamar ex, Darkness, 320 HP. Psychic Marionettes scales at 70 damage per Benched Pokemon your opponent has.

Talonflame ex and Zoroark ex round out the headline cards for players.

Delta Reign introduces split Stadium cards. Each one carries Legendary in its name and comes in two halves, and you can only put it into play by holding both halves together. In play it counts as a single Stadium.

This is a deliberate callback to the LEGEND cards of the HeartGold and SoulSilver era, where a card was printed across two pieces. Because both halves share a name, a deck can hold at most two complete sets.

Three of them appear: Legendary Pyroduct, which removes Abilities from all Evolution Pokemon, Legendary Summit, which makes Colorless Pokemon give up one fewer Prize card, and Legendary Trench, which doubles all healing. Kyogre and Groudon both have attacks that read the board for a Legendary Stadium and hit far harder when one is out.

For collectors this matters in a practical way: each Stadium occupies two card numbers, so completing the set means finding both halves of each.

Five sealed products reach Thailand. The prices below are ours, in baht, and they move with landed cost.

The Elite Trainer Box at 4,290 THB is the balanced pick. Nine packs, the full art Kyogre promo that was pulled out of the main set, 65 sleeves, 40 Energy, dice and a storage box. The promo alone is a reason to prefer it over loose packs.

The full booster box at 7,990 THB gives 36 packs of 10 cards. Buy it if you genuinely enjoy opening, not as a route to a named card.

The half box at 3,990 THB is the sensible middle. Same packs, half the commitment, and it is the product most people actually want when they think they want a box.

The booster bundle at 1,690 THB is six packs. It is the honest entry point if you want to open something on release day without committing a month's hobby budget.

The 3-pack blister at 850 THB includes a promo card and suits a gift or a first taste of the set.

The sleeved single pack at 290 THB is for one pull, or for anyone who wants the artwork of the wrapper itself.

Both are on our shelves, and they are not interchangeable.

Japanese Storm Emeralda is available now, at 4,090 THB for the box and 200 THB for a single pack. It released on July 31, so the market has had time to settle. It contains the full art Mega Rayquaza ex that English cut.

English Delta Reign arrives November 6 at 7,990 THB for the full box. It is the one to buy if you read your cards in English, if you play at local tournaments where English is standard, or if you want the Kyogre ETB promo.

On grading, the usual pattern holds. Japanese modern prints tend to reach PSA 10 more often than their English equivalents, mostly because of tighter centering and more even foil. If you intend to grade the Rayquaza, that points to Japanese twice over.

Three promo cards accompany the English release, each tied to a specific retailer: Kyogre at Hot Topic, Barnes and Noble, BoxLunch and Macy's, Groudon at GameStop and EB Games, and Giratina at Best Buy, Toymate and Mr Toys. They carry the 30th anniversary stamp rather than a set logo.

None of those chains operates in Thailand. These promos will only arrive here through the secondary market, at secondary market prices. Treat any local listing claiming to include one as worth checking carefully.

The Kyogre full art in the Elite Trainer Box is a different card and is included in every ETB, including ours.

Kira Cards takes pre-orders on all five Delta Reign products now. They ship from November 6, the global release date, and nationwide shipping is covered above 2,000 THB. Walk-in collection is available in Patong, Phuket.

Pre-ordering is worth it on the Elite Trainer Box and the full booster box specifically. Those two sell out fastest in the first week in Thailand, and restocks on English Mega Evolution sets have run three to five weeks behind release this year.

If you are undecided, the half box at 3,990 THB is the lowest regret option. It gives a real opening session without the commitment of 36 packs.
